The Intro

 Hello and kumsta!

I’m currently living in the Philippines, Manila to be exact. I’m having a great time here exploring the country along with other parts of SE Asia. I realized that IG can only convey so much of my experience so I’ve decided to document the rest of my adventures here.

What you can expect:

Background - I’ll introduce each destination with some basic background info.

Photos - disclaimer: I’m not a professional photographer or even an amateur photographer so let’s go ahead and acknowledge the fact that the pictures will never truly be able to do these sites justice.

Itinerary rundown - I’ll cover all the activities that I partake in and my thoughts on them. I’ll also tell you whether or not I would recommend them to a friend.

Budget - I’ll let you all know how much it costs to pull off each trip. For my friends in the US, fair disclosure is that flights are going to be much cheaper for me since I’m already based in SE Asia and traveling mostly within SE Asia.

Food - I’m not a foodie by any stretch of the imagination but if I come across anything particularly spectacular I’ll be sure to include it. I’ll also include anywhere I actually do stop for food just so you have an idea of what to expect.

Overall experience - I’ll wrap up with my overall thoughts on the experience including what I’d do differently.
