Son, let me tell you something about your father.
He is a mountain of a man.
I don't mean his stature.
I mean to say, your father is great.
A very great man.
A man other men admire.
He is honest and loyal.
He is loving and gracious and kind.
He loves The Lord more than he loves me.
And I wouldn't have him any other way.
Oh how he loves you, baby boy
More than you can ever know
He is patient, compassionate, and attentive.
He's the smartest man I've met.
He's the most courageous man I've met.
I can promise you now, son
He's the greatest man you'll ever meet too.
And when you're old enough to walk
You'll try to stand in his shoes.
